The International Association of Workforce Professionals (IAWP) is a nonprofit association serving the needs of professionals working in public and private workforce development across the state, nation and world. Founded in 1913, IAWP is the oldest and most widely recognized organization for workforce professionals. Today IAWP serves more than 13,000 members worldwide!

Anyone interested in workforce development can be a member. Washington’s IAWP members are employed in both the public and non-profit sectors, providing employment services, unemployment insurance benefits, labor market information, training, communications and/or other services related to the workforce needs of Washington state.

Our Mission Statement—The mission of the International Association of Workforce Professionals is to develop, serve, and support those interested in workforce development in workforce systems.

Our Vision Statement—The IAWP Washington Chapter is a nationally recognized association working to enhance and promote Washington’s workforce development.
